At a glance
Price Check reads the current item, searches trade and saves price outputs for later steps in the same run. Your search determines which listings count as comparable.
Before you start
Log in to trade in Path of Rolling. Check item copy on your practice item. Use a tree you can run once and inspect.
1. Save a comparable search
On the official trade site, choose the correct league, base, item level and important mods. Click Search and inspect the results before copying the saved URL.
Example: a ring search should describe the stats that make your ring valuable. An overly broad search can return much cheaper items with different properties.
2. Add Price Check
Add Price Check from the Trade palette. Bind Trade search link to a text parameter containing the saved URL.
A supplied link takes priority. Without one, the automatic fallback builds a cluster-jewel search from notables; use an explicit comparable search for this general workflow.
3. Keep outputs paired
In Values saved for later steps, keep the default Trade price and Trade currency bindings for a single check.
With several checks, give each a distinct Price check step name, click Apply, and keep each price paired with the currency from that same step.
4. Review the price adjustment
Read Listing undercut before using the result to list. With the percentage option off, the chaos amount is the floored cheapest price minus 1, with a minimum of 1 chaos. At 2.5 Divines or more, the runner converts that amount to Divines and rounds up to a whole Divine. Always inspect both saved outputs.
If you enable List at a % under the cheapest, enter fractions: 0.05 means 5%. Review both bounds deliberately before running. The written output may differ from the cheapest visible listing because of this adjustment.
5. Run the check once
Connect Start > Price Check > Finish and run on the practice item. Inspect Logs and the output price and currency.
An optional Minimum price (chaos) makes results below that value count as price-check failures. Choose it only if that behavior suits your tree.
6. Use the saved result
Once the check is correct, connect it to Sell Item. Select Use saved price, then choose this check's price and currency outputs.
Review the real listing after the first run. Choosing Live price check inside Sell Item instead performs that step's own search.
Check the result
The search matches the intended item class and stats. The log shows a valid result, and any downstream listing uses the paired amount and currency after the configured adjustment.
If it does not work
Check trade login, search league, item copy and minimum price. Open the saved search yourself to see whether comparable listings exist. Current asking prices can change; inspect a new result before scaling up.
